# Stop blasting your whole ICP list: get alerted when a target account says your trigger phrase

Verbatim Pro, from Verbatim by The Art of Service, costs USD 29 a month. It gives sellers a watchlist of 25 names or phrases across 900+ business and technology podcasts, with a next-morning alert when a target account's leader says one of them out loud. Each alert links to the exact second and plays from there, so the shortlist is built from what the buyer said, not a broad list of everybody. Thirty days of moments export to CSV.

## Sound familiar?

- Blasting a broad list of everybody and hoping something lands
- No reason to call this account this week
- Intent data you cannot explain to the prospect
- Reps opening with nothing the buyer actually said

## The Trigger Ledger

It turns 25 watchlist slots into a short call list by lighting up only the accounts whose leaders said your trigger phrase out loud.

- **Watchlist**: 25 account names or trigger phrases, in your own words
- **Said out loud**: a leader at that account says the phrase on a podcast
- **Morning alert**: the next morning you get the moment, linked to the second
- **Shortlist**: only the lit slots get a call, with the buyer's own words

## How do I build a 25-item watchlist in 15 minutes?

1. Open your target list and pick the 25 accounts you most want a reason to call. If the list is longer, take the ones with a named leader who speaks in public.
2. For each account, decide whether to watch the leader's name, the company name, or a trigger phrase the buyer would say when the problem is live ("we are rebuilding outbound", "our pipeline is too wide").
3. Enter them as your 25 watchlist items in Verbatim Pro. Add up to 50 topics in your own words so the Monday brief covers the market around them.
4. Each morning, read the alerts. A hit means a leader said the phrase out loud; play it from the second and note the exact words.
5. At the end of the week, export the 30-day moments to CSV and hand the lit accounts to the reps, each with the quote and the listen link.

That is the whole method: the shortlist is whoever spoke, and the opener is what they said.

## FAQ

### How do I score accounts for buying signals?

Put the accounts you care about on a Verbatim Pro watchlist as names or trigger phrases. When a leader at one of them says the phrase on any of 900+ business podcasts, you get an alert the next morning, linked to the second. The accounts that spoke are your shortlist; the rest wait. The signal is the buyer's own words, not inferred intent.

### What can I put on a watchlist?

Any name or phrase, up to 25 per Verbatim Pro account: a company, a leader's name, a product category, or the sentence a buyer says when the problem is live. Alongside the watchlist you can set up to 50 topics in your own words, which shape the Monday brief and your search of the last 30 days.

### When do alerts arrive?

Verbatim Pro sends alerts the next morning after a watchlist name or phrase is said on a tracked podcast. The library updates every day, so a moment said today is in tomorrow's alert. Each alert links to the exact second and plays from there, so you can hear the context before you decide to call.

### Can I export to my CRM?

Verbatim Pro includes CSV export of the moments from the last 30 days. Export the file and import it into your CRM or sequence tool the way you would any spreadsheet. Each row keeps the quote and the listen link, so a rep can play the second the buyer said it before they reach out.

### What does Pro cost?

Verbatim Pro costs USD 29 a month, or USD 348 a year billed once, which is twelve months at the monthly price on one invoice. It includes the 25-item watchlist, next-morning alerts, up to 50 topics in your own words, search of the last 30 days, CSV export and Another view on contested claims.
