About Verbatim
Verbatim is made by The Art of Service, a Brisbane company that publishes professional training and research for business and technology people. Verbatim started as an internal tool: a daily read of 892 podcasts to find out what was actually working for people, before it showed up anywhere in writing.
Why podcasts?
AI models know what was written down before their cutoff. New ideas mostly start as conversations: an operator explaining to a host what they tried last quarter, what it cost and what they would not do again. That is said out loud weeks or months before it is written up, if it ever is. Verbatim makes those conversations searchable without losing the speaker’s own words.
