These terms cover your use of Verbatim, operated by The Art of Service, Brisbane, Australia.
The service
Verbatim provides short quotes from publicly available podcasts with links to the publisher’s episodes. Quotes are machine transcribed and may contain errors; check the linked moment before relying on a quote. Verbatim is information, not advice.
Plans and billing
Free is free. Pro (USD 29 a month) and Team (USD 299 a month) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid month. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.
Fair use
You may quote rows in your own work with attribution to the speaker and the show. You may not republish the library in bulk, resell it, or use the API to build a competing service. API and MCP access is for your team’s own use.
Podcast owners
Owners can have a show removed at any time through the removal form.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
