A monthly room of founders reading the same market evidence

The Verbatim Advisory cohort is a waitlist for a monthly group session built around the Monthly brief. Verbatim Advisory, from The Art of Service, writes a private brief about one business from what operators said on 900+ podcasts, read by a person before it is sent. The cohort would bring Monthly brief readers together to work through the month's buyer pains, delivery recipes and new lanes, then leave each with their own Build Agenda. No price or date is set yet; join the waitlist and you hear first.

The Round Table Orbit

It shows the five parts of a Monthly brief as five seats around one table, so a cohort can move seat to seat through the same month of evidence.

What would a cohort session look like?

The format is not fixed yet, and this page promises no day, no host and no recording. The intent is simple: once a month, people who hold a Verbatim Advisory Monthly brief sit in the same room and read the same five signals together.

  1. Pains: which buyer pains showed up this month, and whose offer already solves them.
  2. Recipes: the delivery recipes operators said worked, with the numbers they reported.
  3. Lanes: the new lanes worth a look, and who in the room is already in one.
  4. Traffic: the traffic recipes, and which one each member will try.
  5. Agenda: each member leaves with their own Build Agenda, not a shared to-do list.

Your own brief stays private. The room works on the patterns, not on your document.

What is the Monthly brief the cohort sits on?

Verbatim Advisory is a private written brief about one business, built from what operators said on 900+ business and technology podcasts. The Monthly brief is USD 297 a month and can be cancelled at any time. Each brief is delivered within two business days and read by a person before it is sent.

Every quote in a brief links to the exact second it was said. If a link is broken or an attribution is wrong, Verbatim refunds. A full, unedited sample Advisory written for Verbatim itself is at /advisory/sample, so you can read what a brief looks like before you order one or join this waitlist.

Frequently asked questions

Who is in the cohort?

The cohort is meant for people who hold a Verbatim Advisory Monthly brief: founders, consultants and agencies who sell defined offers and want to read the month's evidence with peers rather than alone. It is a waitlist today. Joining records your email and whether you already hold a Monthly brief, so the first room can be formed from people on the same footing.

What happens in a session?

The format is not set, so this page makes no promise about length, day or recordings. The intent is that the room walks the five parts of the Monthly brief together: buyer pains, delivery recipes, new lanes, traffic recipes and the Build Agenda. Each member leaves with their own agenda. Details go to the waitlist by email before anything is published.

Do I still get my own brief?

Yes. The Verbatim Advisory Monthly brief stays a private written brief about your business, delivered within two business days and read by a person before it is sent. The cohort would sit on top of it, not replace it. Nothing from your brief is shared with the room unless you choose to bring it up yourself.

When does the cohort start?

No date is set. The cohort is a waitlist, and the first email to the list will carry the start date, the format and the price once they are decided. Until then, the Monthly brief is available on its own at USD 297 a month, and a full sample brief is on the site at /advisory/sample for anyone deciding whether the evidence is worth sitting with.

What does it cost?

No cohort price is published, because it is not set. This page collects a waitlist only, and Gerard replies by email. The Monthly brief it would sit on is USD 297 a month, cancel any time. A single One brief is USD 497. One brief buyers receive a private upgrade offer inside their delivered brief.
