“Those are the three data points that we want to have for as many of our customers as possible with permission to text message, with permission to email and permission to mail.”

“For example, mystery shoppers, people on the database who are fake email addresses that if that email address gets emailed, then someone's hacked the database.”

“Having a separate email address, or if you want to keep the same email address, but have a separate folder in your email for those things to, or a digital or a folder on your computer somewhere to keep those receipts and those benefits documents”

“Looking at the email address it came from, is that the actual email address, or is that someone's name masked with a whole bunch of digits after it? You can kind of pick out a funky email, especially if you're getting it from some sort of legit supplier.”

“They now require screening of account contacts, email domains, and physical addresses, rather than just running the primary company name through a filter.”
