A monthly room of founders working from the same market evidence

The Verbatim Advisory cohort, from The Art of Service, is a monthly room of founders working through the same evidence: what operators said on 900+ business podcasts that month, every quote linked to the second it was said. Founding seats go to the waitlist first, in fixed numbers. The price and the first date are not set yet, so this page takes a place on the list. Gerard Blokdyk, founder of The Art of Service, will run the room.

The Shared Evidence Table

It shows a round table from above: the month's moments in the middle, and each seat drawing its own next move from the same evidence.

What would happen in a session?

The format is not fixed, and this page promises no day, length or recording. The intent is simple: once a month, founders sit with the same month of evidence and walk it together.

  1. The month's buyer pains, and whose offer already solves them.
  2. The delivery recipes operators said worked, with their numbers.
  3. The new lanes, and who in the room is already in one.
  4. The traffic recipes, and which one each person will try.
  5. Each seat leaves with its own next move.

Your own business stays private. The room works on the shared evidence, not on anyone's numbers.

How will founding seats be released?

In fixed batches, to the list first. Each batch has a set number of seats and a set price, sent by email to the list before anything appears on this page. A second batch opens only when the first is full. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The pages at https://verbatim.theartofservice.com/cohort-founding-seats and https://verbatim.theartofservice.com/advisory/cohort carry the same list.

Frequently asked questions

What is a founder evidence room?

It is the Verbatim Advisory cohort: a monthly session where founders work through the same month of evidence from 900+ business podcasts together, instead of reading it alone. Every quote links to the second it was said. Each person leaves with their own next move. It is a waitlist today, with no price or date set.

Cohort or monthly brief?

The Verbatim Advisory Monthly brief, USD 297 a month, is a private written brief about your business. The cohort would sit on top of the same kind of evidence with peers in the room. If you want the evidence now, order the Monthly brief. If you want to work through it with other founders, join the list.

How many founding seats?

The batch size is not set yet. Founding seats in the Verbatim Advisory cohort will be released in fixed batches, to the list first, and the size and price go to the list by email before they appear anywhere on the site. A second batch opens only when the first is full.

What happens in a session?

The format is not fixed, so no day, length or recording is promised. The intent is that the Verbatim Advisory cohort walks the month's buyer pains, delivery recipes, new lanes and traffic recipes together, and each founder leaves with their own next move. Details go to the list by email first.

Can I cancel?

Joining the list is free and commits you to nothing; you can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any email from Verbatim. When paid seats in the Verbatim Advisory cohort open, the cancellation terms go out with the price, before anyone pays. Australian Consumer Law rights apply.

Who is it for?

Founders, consultants, coaches, agencies and advisers who sell a defined set of offers and want to read the market's evidence with peers. The Verbatim Advisory cohort suits people who already act on research and want accountability and other readings of the same moments, not a general networking group.
